This policy explains what Lorqesia collects when you visit lorqesia.com or place an order, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Lorqesia is a trading name of Hong Kong Witzvah Technology Co., Limited, Room 602, 6/F, Kai Yue Commercial Building, No. 2C Argyle Street, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong, which is the data controller for this store.

What we collect

Order information — your name, email address, shipping address, billing address and what you bought.
Payment information — handled by Shopify Payments and the card networks. We receive only the outcome of the transaction, the card brand and the last four digits. We never see or store your full card number or security code.
Device and usage information — IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar technologies so the store works and so we can see which pages are useful.
Messages — anything you send us by email or through the contact form, kept so we can follow up.

Why we use it

To take payment, pack your order and get it to you.
To send order confirmations, dispatch notices and tracking links.
To answer questions and handle returns, replacements and refunds.
To screen orders for fraud and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
To understand, in aggregate, how the store is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers who make the store work: Shopify, which hosts this store and processes payments; the carriers that deliver your parcel; and our analytics provider. Each receives only what it needs. We will also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

This store uses cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to function, plus optional cookies for analytics. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking the necessary ones will stop checkout from working.

International transfers

Your information is processed in Hong Kong and in the countries where Shopify and our carriers operate, which may be outside the country you live in. Where we transfer information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy accounting and tax rules. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for two years.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@lorqesia.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This store is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
