Shipping policy

All Lorqesia orders are packed and dispatched from Hong Kong.

Processing time

Orders placed before 14:00 Hong Kong time on a business day leave the same day. Orders placed later, at a weekend or on a Hong Kong public holiday leave on the next business day. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed over.

Rates

United States

Standard: $5.95, free on orders of $60 or more.
Express: $14.95.

Rest of the world

Standard: $13.95.
Express: $26.95.

The exact rates available to you are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Delivery estimates

United States: 7 to 12 business days standard, 3 to 5 express.
Canada, United Kingdom, European Union and Australia: 8 to 15 business days standard, 4 to 7 express.
Elsewhere: 10 to 20 business days standard.

These are estimates from the day of dispatch, not the day you order. Customs inspections, carrier backlogs and peak periods can add time, and none of that is within our control.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If the tracking has not moved for more than seven business days, email info@lorqesia.com with your order number and we will open a case with the carrier.

Duties, taxes and customs

Prices at checkout do not include import duty, VAT, GST or customs handling fees charged by the destination country. Where these apply they are payable by you, usually to the carrier before delivery. We declare the true value of the goods on every parcel and we cannot mark a shipment as a gift.

Addresses

Please check your address before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will refund the goods but not the original shipping, and re-delivery is charged again.

Breakage in transit

Every vessel is packed in moulded protection, but stoneware can still break. Send a photograph to info@lorqesia.com within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost. Please do not post broken pieces back.

Lost parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier we will replace it or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.

Where we do not ship

We cannot ship to countries under trade restrictions, or to addresses where the carrier will not accept a candle for air freight. If your country is unavailable at checkout, that is why.
